In August 2020, lawyers from Bennett LoCicero & Liu LLP secured a significant sentence reduction for an individual before the Sentence Review Division of the Montana Supreme Court. Following the firm’s briefing and oral argument, the Sentence Review Division reduced our client’s sentence significantly, ordering that he will serve less than one third of the time to which he was originally sentenced.
